Taking Care of Yourself 

Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean trying to look like the latest media starlet, it means treating yourself kindly, eating nutritious food, getting enough sleep, taking some exercise, doing things you enjoy, giving yourself a treat now and then, and making sure you remind yourself that your worth isn’t based on your weight or the size of your bank account, its about being the real you.
